What do I do after signing up?

After you signing up,  you can browse through our list of deals. Whenyou like a particular deal, click on it and you will access his details. Each deal will have multiple package options based on the number of nights, room category, and inclusions. You can choose the package of your liking and proceed to ‘Book This Package’.

What inclusions means?

They are value-adds included in your package designed to improve your comfort and wellbeing, at no extra cost for you. They range from room upgrades and free breakfast to complimentary spa and discounts at the hotel restaurant.

I have forgotten my password what should I do?

If your password doesn’t work, you can get a new one by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link below the log in button.

You should get an automated email sent to you – if that doesn’t work, it probably means your email account may be blocking our emails! The first thing to do is to check your junk mail box. If there is an email from us, please add us as a safe sender.

How do I purchase a La Belle Escape package?

It’s really easy to purchase with La Belle Escape.

Once you are on the detail page of your selected offer,  you just need to click on “book this package” which will lead you to the calendar page of your specific offer. From there you have the option to either choose your dates directly on the calendar or to buy the package and define your dates later by just clicking on “Buy now, Book Later”

If you choose instant booking, you just need to choose what option you would like for the room category, select your check-in and check-out dates based on package duration then click “BOOK NOW”. You will be taken directly to the checkout page.

If you choose “Buy Now, Book Later”, you can purchase a package straight through at checkout. After you’ve purchased, you can contact us or the hotel directly to define your room category and your dates at any time within the booking window. Dates are subject to availability and allocations are limited, so please select your dates as soon as possible after purchase.

What is the option “Buy now, Book Late”?

If you don’t know yet your possible travel dates for a specific offer we offer you the option to buy it now and book your arrival date later on. After you’ve purchased, you can contact us or the hotel directly to define your dates at any time within the booking window. Dates are subject to availability and allocations are limited, so please select your dates as soon as possible after purchase.

How the calendar works?

Based on your package length of stay you just need to select your check-in and check-out date.

For example if your package has a length of stay of 3 nights, and you want your arrival date to be on the 1stof January, you simply select on the calendar the date of 1st January and your check-out 3 nights later after your arrival date, wich mean at 04thof January. If you select less or more that your package corresponding length of stay, the system will not accept it.

How do I get my voucher? Will a receipt be issued?

After completing your transaction, the package voucher and receipt will be emailed to you as an attachment. You can also access your hotel voucher in My Booking when you log in to your account on La Belle Escape website.

Why haven't I received my hotel voucher?

There are a few possible reasons why your package voucher has not been issued:

– The payment was not made in the exact amount as stated in the invoice.

– The payment was made after the payment time limit expired.

– The verification process of your payment is delayed due to disruptions in the bank system.

Once your payment is verified, we will issue your package voucher. If you haven’t received the voucher within 60 minutes after your payment has been verified, please Contact Us.

You can also find out the status of your payment, by logging in to your account and go to My Booking.

What/Where is my booking ID?

The booking ID is printed on your purchase confirmation email. It is your unique reference number for the package in which you have purchased and ensures that our partners can verify that your package is valid and provide you with the service advertised. In order to retrieve your booking confirmation – after logging in, towards the top of the page you will see a menu bar which says “My Account”. If you hover over that, an option will appear which says “My Bookings”. All the packages that you have purchased from us should appear. You will see a tile saying “ID” that is your booking ID.

Note: your confirmation email is sent to the same email address you registered with, be sure to check your junk mail folder if you can’t locate it!

Where can I view the details and inclusions of the package I have purchased?

You can see all your inclusions by going to your “My Account” page and clicking on the image of the package you purchased. This will then transfer you to the offer page itself.

How do we calculate our discount rates?

We guarantee that our exclusive offers give you the lowest possible price for your holiday. If you find a better price on the same offer with the same inclusions, within 14 days of purchasing, we’ll beat it and give a credit voucher of IDR 250,000!

We calculate the percentage off in our deals based on the ‘rack rate’ of the room and the inclusions at the time the deal is live for the validity period of the deal (that’s hotel-speak for ‘Recommended Retail Price’). Hotels may change accommodation charges depending on peak seasons, low seasons and events so we use the rack rate which is consistent through the year and 100% verifiable.

If you find the same package cheaper somewhere else within 14 days after your purchase, we match the deal and add a credit voucher of 250.000 IDR to your account!

The Equivalent Package must be visible and bookable on the alternate website as well as the La Belle Escape website. The comparison must be for the same hotel, same length of stay, same room type, same inclusions, same dates, the same number of guests and the same taxes, booking fees and service charges.

What is the difference between a deal and a package?

A deal is what is showcased from a particular property on our website. Each deal has package options you can choose from. These package options will be differentiated on the basis of room category, inclusions, and number of nights.

Does the price include taxes, fares and fees?

All prices shown are final and include fares, taxes and fees with no hidden charges or price shocks.

On the offer page detail, are the prices listed on a per-night or per-package basis?

All the prices listed on the offer page details are on a per-package basis with the corresponding number of nights, inclusions and guest included in the specific package.

How many guest are included in the La Belle Escape packages?

This depends on the hotel policy. Please read the offer fine print at the bottom of each offer page detail.

AFTER PURCHASE

What do I need to show when checking in at the hotel?
  • Photo identification of the guest(s) the reservation is under.
  • Booking Confirmation (although this is simply a backup, not necessary, as the hotel/resort should already have this information.
Can I make a booking if the package I have has expired?

Booking and package redemption is at the discretion of our partners. Redemption after expiry is purely at the discretion of the business, and unfortunately, in most cases, redemption is not permitted after the validity period has ended. However, the best idea is to get in touch with the hotel directly and request a late redemption of your package.

I bought a package from La Belle Escape what do I do now?

If you selected your travel dates via the instant Booking purchase option, you will receive an email confirmation with your travel dates. There is nothing more for you to do.

If you selected the “Buy Now, Book Later” option, you can select your travel dates at any time, within the booking window, by contacting us or the hotel directly. Dates are subject to availability and allocations are limited, so please select your dates as soon as possible after purchase.

I have purchased a package but now I’m unable to travel?

La Belle Escape provides a 7-day no questions asked refund guarantee. Outside of this, our packages are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to travel on your selected dates, we would hope that your travel insurance will be able to provide assistance. We are able to provide you witha letter of cancellation to assist in this process.

What online payment methods are accepted by La Belle Escape?

You can make secure and convenient payments via our different payment gateways. La Belle Escape accepts all credit card transactions as well as transfer via BCA, BNI, Permata or Mandiri. If you do not own BCA, BNI, Permata or Mandiri accounts, you can make payments through other banks within ATM Bersama, Prima, and Alto networks.

La Belle Escape accepts also payments via Direct Debits via internet banking such as CIMB Clicks, BCA KlikPay, Mandiri Debit, and Mandiri Clickpay.

All transactions are conducted in real time and protected by the Secure Socket Layer of RapidSSL authorized technology.

 

Has my payment been received?

To find out the status of your payment, please log in to your account and go to My Booking.

Confirmation for payments made via bank transfer, and virtual account.

Your payment is confirmed when you receive your voucher in your email. If you have not received the voucher within 60 minutes after paying please Contact Us.

My credit card transaction was unsuccessful. How could this happen?

Sometimes it can take longer to process your payment. If your first transaction was unsuccessful, you can try to refresh the payment page. Please make sure that you have entered the correct credit card details before trying to make a payment again.

If I choose Transfer, how much time do I have to complete the payment process?

The time limit for Transfer depends on the booking schedule. The longest time limit is 3 hours

What are the differences between Transfer and ATM payment methods?

The Transfer payment method is available from 01:30 until 21:00 WIB, whereas the ATM payment method is available for 24 hours.

If you choose ATM, be sure to transfer via ATM with the logo of ATM Bersama, Prima and Alto (see list of banks).

If you choose Transfer (including Internet/SMS/mobile banking and bank teller), be sure to transfer only to BCA, BRI, Pertama or Bank Mandiri account under the name ‘ PT LaBelle Escape Indonesia.

I do not own a BCA, BNI, BRI or Mandiri ATM card. How do I complete my payment?

If you do not own any of those ATM cards, you can transfer your payment through other ATM within Bersama, Prima and Alto ATM network. Please note that you might be charged for transfer fees, depending on your bank.

La Belle Escape coupons are codes that you may enter during your payment process. When you have a La Belle Escape coupon, you will be entitled to a discount for a package.

Who La Belle Escape will accept price challenge from?

Other travel agencies or other registered businesses in your country who have an Equivalent Package available to book online. The evidence must be sent via email, include a screenshot or print out and clearly show the website where the Equivalent Package is available and also include reference to any additional fees.

What is the refund policy?

If a customer is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. For detailed information about the Refund Policy, visit our Refund Policy section.

7-Day change of mind guarantee

Bookings may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of booking and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
